1. In short

  • Medihorse uses no advertising cookies and nothing that follows you to other websites.

  • The website statistics use no cookies.

  • What the website and the Android app store on your device keeps you signed in, remembers your choices and makes pages and screens load faster.

  • The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we handle and why.

The app also keeps copies of the photos and map data it has shown, and an error report that could not be sent yet.

When the app opens a page of the website, such as this one, it opens in a browser tab, where sections 2 and 3 apply.

5. Identifiers created by the app's components

Software from other companies, built into the app, creates these identifiers on your phone. They identify this installation of the app, not you.

They stay until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app.

6. How to delete them

On the website:

  • Sign out to delete the sign-in cookies and the copy of your data.

  • Clear the cookies and site data of medi.horse in your browser's settings to delete everything in sections 2 and 3. This also signs you out.

  • To stop push notifications, turn off notifications for medi.horse in your browser's settings.

In the Android app:

  • Sign out to delete your sign-in and the copy of your data.

  • Clear the app's storage in your phone's settings, under Apps, then Medihorse, then Storage. This deletes everything in sections 4 and 5 and signs you out.

  • Uninstall the app to delete all of it.
